Final Fantasy Inspired: Lulu

A week or two ago, I was talking to Nancy about a good character to do a Final Fantasy look for, and we came up with Lulu. In the midst of talking about how frakking cool she was, I got inspired to start playing Final Fantasy X again, and in the midst of playing Final Fantasy X again, I was like... okay, I have to do this myself, too--the pull was too strong!

Happy Friday everyone! I knew going into doing this post that I wanted to do a softer, more natural look. Thats when I decided to create a look inspired by Beatrix from FF9. 

Buxom Lip Tarnish: Blackmail

I think I've mentioned it before, but I absolutely love Buxom's lip products. I find them extremely moisturizing, low maintenance, and I like the minty feeling that they leave on my lips. Buxom's Lip Tarnish in Blackmail is no exception. I've been wearing it basically every day.

Final Fantasy: Some Favorites

I was chatting with Christa about how it's been a long time since we did the Final Fantasy looks (sorry about that; we both have personal reasons for not having been able to blog) and she pointed out that we did the first one over a year ago! That's pretty incredible. So, to ease back into the series, we've decided to do a favorites post where I pick out three of my favorites that Christa did (plus one of my own), and she picks out three of her favorites that I did (plus one of her own).

Without further ado, four of my favorites from our Final Fantasy collab, and let me tell you, it was really hard to pick just three of Christa's lovely looks.

Inglot 302

Gosh, how long has it been since I've posted? I predict I will be doing so a great deal more often in weeks to come! ;)

As for the photo, pardon the slight blur. I simply couldn't photograph this one's color shift in sharp focus. Inglot's Polish number 302 is a beautiful, sheer duochrome, and I definitely think it's worth picking up. Please don't let the photo fool you; the greenish sheen is not as weak as what you see in the photo. In person it's extremely in-your face.
