Disney Inspired Look: Goofy

Hola, chicas (y chicos). Happy Sunday! For today, I have one of my fave characters. Goofy! Robyn did Daisy, and I'm sooooo excited to see that!

First off, I'm going to apologize for this look. I had a game plan, but it just didn't work out (I wanted to try a cut crease with green and orange... I did a bad job) so now, I'm gonna give you something a little different. Super green! What?! Goofy's hat's green. xP

Tools:
  • Medium shader (MAC 239)
  • Fluffy oval shaped blending brush (MAC 217)
Cosmetics:
  • Linnaeus Cosmetics Shadow in Escape (Light to medium green)
  • Linnaeus Cosmetics Shadow in Skittering (Medium blue green)
  • Urban Decay 24/7 Liner Pencil in Perversion (Deep black)
  • MAC Pearlglide Liner in Undercurrent (Emerald)
  • Bare Escentuals Buxom Lips in Bunny (Peach gloss)
Eyes:
Pat Escape all over the lid with the 239. Blend Skittering into the crease with the 217, taking a bit of Escape on the same brush. Take more of Skittering and concentrate on the outer area of the crease. Line the upper lashline with Perversion and the lower lashline with Undercurrent. Mascara.

Lips:
Apply Bunny.

Face:
Foundation.

Sorry about the wonky quality of the photographs. I used to take my pictures between 3 and 4 PM when the sun was bright and happy in the sky, but now it's started getting dark by then. The result? Instead of natural light, I had to make creative use of a desk lamp.

Also, I just want to write a quick love letter to my wonderful readers, who've stuck by me during this sort-of-but-not-quite, school-induced hiatus.

Dear you,
You rock. I have finals coming up, so I'm busier than ever right now, but it's such a relief to know that y'all understand. With that, I make the heartfelt promise that I'll be back in full swing in about two weeks--I have loads of cool stuff to review, and I promise I'll be answering comments and reading/commenting everyone else's blogs again. 'Til then, miss ya!
-Vijaya

P.S. Check Robyn's look out!
P.P.S. I'm taking on a schedule that should hopefully be less of a constant workload for next semester; mostly core curriculum (though that does include philosophy and theology, which are not subjects to sneeze at). Regular 'Statistics for the Social Sciences' should be cake after honors 'Calculus as Applied to Biology', though. Hopefully. PLEASE don't correct me if I'm wrong. xD
